Ginger is considered a good menstrual cramp remedy to curb menstrual pain. Grate a small piece of ginger in hot water and drink for menstrual cramp relief. You can also include it in your food and salad.
3. Heat Yourself
Heating your lower abdomen is an effective menstrual cramp remedy. Heat relaxes the contracting muscles in our uterus. Put a heating pad on your lower abdomen and lower back.
